He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracey Leigh Hogan; his brother George R. Frame; and his parents, Joe Frame and Bernice Frame. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bean Frame; his children, Billy Joe Frame Jr. and Madonna Cherrye Hennaman; and his stepsons, Steven Roy Jinright and Roderick Kevin Jinright.
Due to Covid-19, there will be a Graveside Service held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South for family only.
