She is survived by: her children, Terry Woosley, Sioux Campbell, Ray Henley (Terry) and Walt Henley (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Jesse Woosley, Teri Ann Shores, Dana Henley, David Henley, Joshua Campbell, Ian Campbell, Jason Henley and Ryan Henley.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Comfort Care Hospice, Pelham, Ala.
