She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Lowe; and her children, Diane Lowe Brown and Steve Lowe. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Laura Fuselier (Scott), Christina Daugherty (Bob) and David Lowe; her daughter-in-law Nancy Graben; and her great grandchildren, Kate Fuselier and Greer Fuselier. She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren and 1 step great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Helena United Methodist Church Children's Ministry or Big Oak Ranch Children's Home.
