He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mashburn Slaton; his children, Suzanne Armstrong (Jeff), Vickie Armstrong (Kelly), Steven Slaton (Kristie) and Jeff Slaton (Latricia); and his brother Danny Slaton (Gail). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
