He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Davis and Pauline Davis; his children, Sandy Davis, Michelle Davis and Lamar Davis; and his grandchildren, Joseph Davis and Kennedi Darwin.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Young; his children, Tracey Davis, Tonya Davis, Amanda Doeg (Bo), Tonja Young and Keith Davis (Myra); and his siblings, Linda Sharp (Charles), Rickey Davis and Carson Davis (Linda). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
