She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Howard Bruce Sr.; her parents, Irene McDaniel and Roy McDaniel; her siblings, Ernestine Stevens and James McDaniel; and her son Guy "Buddy" Bruce Jr..
She is survived by: her son Gilbert Alan Bruce (Sherrie); her grandchildren, Leigh Ann Bruce (Stacey Wilson), Julie Bruce Conlee, Kellie Bruce and John Bruce; her great grandchildren, Nathan Wilson Bruce, Katie Wilson Bruce, Wesley Wilson Bruce and Alison Conlee; her sibling's children, Leigh Lazenby and Robert D. Stevens Jr.; and her great-nieces, Ann Wilson Lazenby and Hannah Lazenby.
Due to Covid the memorial service for Mrs. Bruce will be announced at a later date.
