He was predeceased by: his wife Jerry Martin Millican; his parents, Nora Lou Graham Millican and Walter Olin Millican; his son Brian Millican; and his sisters, Beryl Cooper and Mary Billings.
He is survived by: his children, Katrina Myers (Dennis) and Dale Millican (Candy); his grandchildren, Dagen Millican (Lena), Kylee Millican, Logan Myers, Jacob Myers (Candice), Brandon Barnett (Kayla) and Cody Myers (Nicole); and his close friends, Rick Holcomb, Jay Holder and Roger Lang. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
