He is survived by: his siblings, JoAnn Brummett and Leon Chambers; his daughters, Teresa West (Don), Paulette Chambers and April; his brother Windy Myberg (Phil); his grandchildren, Casey Chambers (Natalie), Christy Allen (Michael) and David Lynn; and his brother Jonathan Dean. He is also survived by Brothers, 4 great grandchildren.
