He is survived by: his daughter Abby Louise Peters (Martin Benjamin Peters); his father Cecil Edgar Satterfield; his brother Bobby L. Satterfield; and his mother Winnie Ruth Satterfield.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bridgewood Gardens assisted living facility in Albertville, AL.
