He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Marie Vance Toney and Curtis William Toney (Patricia Ann Toney); his son Richard Toney; and his siblings, Maria Wyneken and Jack Toney (Gail).
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Toney (Lynette) and Charles Toney; his sisters, Lisha Egan (Pat) and Janet Alderson (Brian); his grandchildren, Chris Toney (Melia), Dustin Toney, Jake Toney, Erica Toney, Trennia Cagle (Jason), Amber Bowling (Justin), Steven Cole (Kristie), Luke Allen and Zack Allen; and his close friend Pauline Bankston. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
