She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Carroll (Millie) and Leon Carroll (Judy); her brothers, Clifford Samples and Robert Samples (Darlene); her grandchildren, Hannah Lowe (Chris), Nathan Carroll (Bethany), Paige Murray (Anthony), Willow Carroll and Charlene Carroll; and her daughter-in-law Denise Willett.
