He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Bowen; his wife Marian Bowen; his parents, LeRoy Bowen and Alline Bowen; his daughter Teresa Beck; his daughter-in-law Sandy Bowen; his siblings, Doris Landers (Alton), Dorthea Rogers (Gene) and James L "Buck" Bowen; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Haley Dendy.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Trammell (Ray), Randy Bowen, Alan Bowen, Brad Howard and Sam Evans; his grandchildren, Jerry Beck, Tammy Beck, Joey Beck (Talma), Tori Trammell and Tray Trammell; his great grandchildren, Carrie Beck, Justin Beck and Devan Beck; his sisters, Barbara Ivey and Effie Joyce "Hamp" Warr (Robert); and his sister-in-law Merle Bowen.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice.
