He is survived by: his children, Christie Baker (Joshua), Stephen Sims (Valerie) and Shannon Sims; his sisters, Martha Stephens and Dorothy Nailer (Lavon); and his grandchildren, Jordan Simpson, Brandi Sims, Jennifer Hinote, Koby Ramsey, Kennedy Sims, Kallynn Sims and Kolie Sims. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
