She was predeceased by: her husband Joe James Shelton; her parents, Homer Edmondson and Rader Edmondson; and also Destiny Breana Allison. She is survived by: her children, Ken D. Slaton (Charlene), Phyllus Slaton, Linda Slaton Cofield and Shannon Slaton Gross (David). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
