He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy (Greg Glasscock) and Tammy (John Kilgore); his grandchildren, Laina, Cody Nugent, Lindsey and Ethan Whisenant; and his great grandchild Nolan Nugent. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
