He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Yvonne Franks Hodge; his parents, Dorothy Agnes Volvia Hodge and Gerald Kenneth Hodge; and his son David Hodge. He is survived by: his children, Lori Schulz, Michael Hodge (Brenda) and Stephen Hodge (Teresa); his brothers, Tommy Hodge and John Hodge; his grandchildren, Kelly Parks, Justin Atkinson, Christopher Hodge, Amanda Plunkett, Holli Parker and Tyler Hodge; and his close friends, Mike Sanders and Shelia Brown. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
