He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Frank "Boyd" Hill and Leona Rosetta "Etter" Smith; and his sisters, Lillian Johnson, Idessa Davis and Gladys Griep.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Joiner Hill; his sons, Keith (Shena Hill), Steve (Kim Hill) and Phillip Hill of Albertville; his grandchildren, Jerame Hill (Kate) of Madison, WI, Jantzen Hill of Boaz, Julianna Hill of West Hartford, CT, Stephanie (C. J.), Buchwald-Wright of Flagstaff, AZ, Michael Hill of Gilbert, AZ and Cody Hill of Albertville; his great grandchild Holt Hill of Madison, WI; and his sisters, Lula Mae Wood of Selma and Lorie Helms of Albertville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Encompass Health Hospice.
