She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Taylor and Maw Taylor; her husband Herschel Mullinax; her son Herschel Wayne Mullinax; her grandson Jonathan Lynn Mullinax; her brothers, Dee Taylor and Homer Taylor; and her stepson Kenneth Teal.
She is survived by: her sons, Lynn Mullinax (Diana) and Terry Mullinax (Carol); her stepchildren, Bobby Teal (Vicky) and Imogene Teal; her brother John; and her grandchildren, Holly Willoughby (Sammy), Tyler Mullinax (Jenny), Daniel Mullinax (Sally), Lance Mullinax (Lori), Landon Mullinax (Benna), Kenny Teal, Allison Craft (Greg) and Paige Outlaw (Perry). She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren, 7 Step-Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
