He is survived by: his wife Oleta Godwin; his sons, Nelson Godwin (Sarah), Orville Godwin (Charlotte) and Tommy Godwin (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Brad Godwin, Kitty Moore, Carla Burks, Wanda Riles, Mike Cooke, Amy Arnold, Allison Disbrow, Kimberly Godwin and Jessica Godwin. He is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
