She is survived by: her husband Jeff Cochran; her parents, James Whitehead and Dovie Whitehead; her brother Kevin Whitehead; her children, Derek Ellsworth (Cherae), Tyler Cochran (Brittany) and Lindsey Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Caroline Cochran, Alexis Clines, Anson Ellsworth, Ellie Jefferson and Maren Rae Ellsworth.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her name to Lifepoint.
