He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Calaway and Emma Parrish Todd; his son Dennis Todd; and his sisters, Pearl Hall, Jewell Booth and Iley Thomas.

He is survived by: his daughter Burma Jean Ham Todd; his granddaughters, Sherry Richards and Ginger Mauldin (Randy); and his great grandchildren, Erika Richards, Emily Sims (Jeff), Rachel Lambert (Alan), Dex Richards (Darci), Kevin Todd, Eric Mauldin (Emily) and Jason Todd (Jennifer).
