She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett Smith; her sons, Terry Smith, Al Smith and John David Smith; her children-in-law, Allen Karr and Sheila Smith; her grandson Daniel Smith; and her parents, Hubie Lee and Neoma Grizzard.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Smith, Debra Karr and Laura Price (Ricky). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
The family is requesting no flowers or food be sent, instead donate to Shepard's Cove Hospice in her name.
