He is survived by: his wife Joan Franks; his son Jacob Franks (Candy); his grandchildren, Taylor Franks and Cody Franks; and his siblings, Debbie Fayard (Johnny), Sharon Brooks (Lanny), Karen Franks (Jerry Mullins), Richard Franks (Jenny) and Thomas Franks.
