He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Marie McDonald; and his parents, Harry McDonald and Nadine Williams McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Dustin McDonald (Patricia), Jason McGehee (Kimberly) and Janine Bolyen; and his sister Dorothy McDonald Fender (Jimmie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
