He was predeceased by: his nephews, Odilom and Salvador Valencia. He is survived by: his children, Maria Valencia, Adilene Valencia, Reynaldo Valencia Jr. and Rafael Valencia; his sisters, Isabel Avila (Sergio Avila), Juena Benitas and Mideo Guerra; and his niece Cecila Cordove (Jesus Orquiz).
