He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Matthews Chastain. He is survived by: his brother Mark Matthews of Albertville, AL; his children, Candice Matthews of Gadsden, AL and Corey Matthews (Bridgett) of Rainbow City, AL; and his grandchildren, Cadence Vinson and Brantley Couch.
