She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Eads (Jeff) and Tammy Tucker; her sister Debi Apple (Keith) of Life Partner; her grandchildren, Tyler Mitchell (Sheila), Hunter Mitchell and Emily Dru Baugh (Daniel); and also Ralph Mason.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Judes Children Hospital or Shepherd's Cove Hospice of Marshall County.
