He was predeceased by: his father Jack Osborn, Sr.; and his brother Jack Osborn, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Adams Osborn; his daughter Candace Osborn Smith (Ryan); his grandchildren, Carter Smith, Jace Richardson, Cody Richardson, Trey Richardson, Parker Bonds, Holden Bonds and Kathy Wilks; his brothers, Herb Osborn (Rhonda) and Kenneth Osborn (Linda); and his nephews, Ben Osborn, Ry Osborn and Golden Osborn.
