It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Sue Wright (Albertville, Alabama), who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ruben and Annie Elizabeth Porch; her husband Cecil Wright; her siblings, Ruby, Rufus, Rupert, Tempie, Avice, Hugh, Bose, Wynelle and Annie Lou; and her granddaughter Terri Derrough.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Wright (Carolyn); her granddaughter Karen Hangartner (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Alan Hangartner (Carol Ann), Jonathan Hollis, Lawson Hangartner (Angelique), Haley Hangartner and Mary Caroline Derrough. She is also survived by three great-great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Albertville or the Albertville City Schools Foundation.
