He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris Scroggins and Maxine Scroggins; and his brother Tommy Scroggins. He is survived by : his wife Linda C. Scroggins of Jacksons Gap, AL; his sons, Mathew (Christy Scroggins) and Bryan (Denise Scroggins); his grandchildren, Rylan, Ava, Kate and Olivia Scroggins; and his great grandchild Braxton Mills.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Comer Memorial Baptist Church, 341 East Church Street, Alexander City, AL, 35010 or to a church of one's choice.
