He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Scroggins and Maxine Scroggins; and his brother Tommy Scroggins. He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Scroggins of Jacksons Gap, AL; his sons, Mathew (Christy Scroggins) and Bryan (Denise Scroggins); his grandchildren, Rylan, Ava, Kate and Olivia Scroggins; and his great grandchild Braxton Mills.
