She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Henderson and Marie Rachael Peoples; her husband Richard Hayes; her siblings, Wendall Henderson and Beverly Kuckens; and her grandsons, Christopher and Melvin.
She is survived by: her children, Clint Hayes (Charlotte), Kimberly Shaffer (Steven), Stacey Wright (Steve), Tracy Jones (Bradley) and Elizabeth Hayes; her sister Sara Booth (Billy); and her grandchildren, Clint Jr., CJ, Jennifer, Macie, Nadia, Jakob, Joshua, Ashley, Richard, Michael, Shelby, Tori, Lori and Corey. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Faith Baptist Church (64 Chapel Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
