We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 89, Martha Laura Boyett Cochran of Alexander City, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerald Boyett and Martha Esther Waites Boyett; and her brothers, Gerald Lloyd Boyett and Jimmy Morris Boyett. She is survived by : her husband Harold Wayne Cochran; her children, Kenneth Wayne Cochran and Martha Carol Cochran Hornsby (Larry); her grandchildren, Laura Hornsby Lesley (Justin) and Drew Hornsby (Miranda); and her great grandchildren, Blake Hornsby and Calvin Lesley.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone First Global Methodist Church (310 Green St, Alexander City, AL 35010).

The family requests no flowers and for donations to be made in her memory to the Youth Building Fund or Music Fund at Cornerstone First Global Methodist Church at 310 Green Street, Alexander City, AL 35010.
