She is survived by: her husband Terry Butler of Alexander City; her sons, Stephan Butler (Kimberly) of Louisville, KY and Jaime Butler (Paige) of Wetumpka; her grandchildren, Claire Butler, Jackson Butler and Parker Butler; her brothers, Jimmy Phillips (Judy) of New Site and Perry Phillips (Teresa) of Lillian; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Forehand, Teena Blythe and Patty Oliver (Fred).
The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be made to Orr Street Baptist Church, 939 O St. Alexander City, AL 35010.
