He is survived by: his wife Shirlynn Hopkins; his children, Jackie Clifton (Donovan), Jeanea Lowery (Eddie) and Bryan Breland (Jennifer); his grandchildren, DeShae Sharpton, Kristin Rivers (Cody), Summer Vera (Cody), Rachael Clifton, Austin Sanstead, Jack Breland and Sam Breland; his great grandchildren, Brayden Rivers, Emalyn, Sofia, Chelsea, Elena and Isabela Hipolito; and his siblings, Betty Strassner, Larry Hopkins and Ricky Little.
Flowers can be delivered to Post Oak Baptist Church in Alexandria, or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Post Oak Baptist Church youth ministries in memory of Phil Hopkins.
