He was predeceased by: his wife Darthy Marie Brock; his sister Virginia Joyner; his nephew Jeff Brock; and his parents, Martin Pearson Brock and Ruby Dell Pinkerton Brock.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Brock Bridges (Tracy) and Jimmy Dwayne; his siblings, Betty Hayes (James), Bobby Brock and Alfred Brock; and his nieces and nephews, Gail Brock Acker, Randy Hayes, Ricky Joyner, Steven Joyner and Laura Joyner.
