He is survived by: his wife Kathy Walthall Long; his children, David Long (Sharon), Richard Long, James Long and Amy Long Potter (Carey); his siblings, Blanche Ewing, Sue Sanders, Nancy Garnand, Nell Gibson (Elton) and Winston Long (Karol); his grandchildren, Dillon Long (Ce Ce), Dusty Long, Drew Long, Shayene Langford (Will), Austin Booth, Baliegh Grace, Sarah Kate Potter and Trey Potter; his great grandchild Kyleigh Langford; his siblings-in-law, Fred Baker, Howard Walthall (Rosemary) and Jean Long; and his nephews, Randy Ewing, Ethan Ewing, Dan Garnand, Brad Gibson, Ryan Gibson and Todd Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
