He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Finn; and his brother Sherman Finn. He is survived by: his mother Dollye Finn; his sister-in-law Allison Finn; his sibling's children, Joni, Autumn Finn and Josh Waites (Desiree); and his great-nephew Jase Waites. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
