He was predeceased by : his son Randy Newton; and his mother Bonnie Bell. He is survived by : his wife Gwendolyn Newton of Andalusia, AL; his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Danny Jones of Callahan, FL; his son Ernie; his daughter-in-law Mona Newton of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Tamara Jones, Jonathan Newton (Hillary) and Erin Miller (Derek Newton); his great grandchildren, Alyx Jones, Taylor Jones, Emmy Newton, Laney Miller and Loklyn Miller; and his sisters, Lois, Myrlene and Edith. He is also survived by brother, Al and numerous nieces and nephews.
