She was predeceased by : her husband Jake Maddox. She is survived by : her children, Heather Murray (Clark) of Birmingham, AL and Ken Brook (Dawn) of Troy; her grandchildren, Kate Murray, Ella Clark Murray, Jaicee Todd and Tatum Brook; and her sister Jane Ellen O'neal of Columbus, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
