He is survived by: his children, Cody (Mahayla Heintzelman), Richard Samuel Heintzelman of Andalusia, Lillian (Tyler Potter), Maggie Heintzelman of Andalusia, Ella Rose Heintzelman of Andalusia and Esther Jayne Heintzelman of Andalusia; his daughter-in-law Hollye Heintzelman of Huntsville; his stepsons, Chris Fanning (Teresa) of Huntsville and Wesley Fanning (Amber) of Brewton; his sister Susan Heintzelman-Gullette of Garland, Texas; his stepmother Susan Heintzelman of Texas; and the mother of his children Kathleen Burditt of Andalusia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
