She is survived by : her husband Stephen Phillips of Andalusia; her children, Christopher (Annie Long), Chad Long of Andalusia, Chip (Brandi Long) and Cassie Phillips of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Andrew (Layne Long), Chad (Tabitha Long), Madison (Meagan Long) and Cole (Anna Belle Phillips); her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Royce Sightler of Andalusia; and her brothers, Lloyd (Diane Phillips) and Scotty Phillips of Andalusia.
