He was predeceased by: his wife Zelda; his parents, Asbury Grissett and Esther Grissett; his siblings, Benjamin Arnold Grissett, Lynn Hart Grissett, Kenneth Lavon Grissett, Bobby Joe Grissett, Elizabeth and Adams (Mary Capps); and his son-in-law Joseph Benjamin Baugher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Zelda Diane Baugher and Donna McCarley (Bobby); his granddaughters, Kelly Baugher, Jennifer Graham (Jason) and Kim Ortiz (Manny); his brothers, Lamar Grissett and Ronald Grissett (Barbara); his pet Lady; and his close friends, Tommy, Dee Dee and Cash Morgan. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, numerous in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Andalusia Animal Shelter and Aveanna Hospice.
