He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Frances Waits, Polly Crocker Leslie and Fred Crocker. He is survived by: his son Chase Waits; his mother Frieda Waits; his brother Josh Waits (Gibian); and his sibling's children, Jane Frances Waits, William Waits and Julia Waits.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gray Brown-Service Mortuary (1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, AL 36201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gray Brown Service Mortuary (1329 Wilmer Ave, Anniston, AL 36201).
