He was predeceased by: his parents, Ercial Miller and Jean Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Heath Miller (Jennifer) and Joshua Miller (Crista); his grandchildren, Anthony Miller, Tyler Miller, Allison Miller, Emmalyn Miller and Eric Felton; and his siblings, Terry Miller (Sandra), Mickey Miller (Linda) and Sharon Harrell. He is also survived by father, grandfather, brother and friend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
