She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jr. and Rosie Lee Foster; her son Timothy Neal; and her siblings, Anna Riddle, Ruthie Foster, James Foster, Charlie Foster, III and John Foster.
She is survived by: her husband James Neal; her children, Theresa Neal and James P. Neal; her grandchild LaJerika Neal of Kristopher Neal; her siblings, Joseph Foster (Amy), Doris Foster, Fannie Foster, Eula Pearson (Jerry) and Sarah White (Wayne); her son Clarence Hall; and her daughter-in-law Diane Neal. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
