He is survived by: his sons, Kyran Wayne Turner and Sawyer James Turner; his parents, Greg Turner and Shirley Millwood; his stepfather Scott Martin; his siblings, Dakota Millwood and Shayla Millwood; his stepbrothers, Lance Riley, Lee Riley, Matthew Martin (Kayla) and Chris Martin; his nieces and nephews, Jayden Millwood, Athena Millwood and Lucas Millwood; his uncle Jimbob Turner; his aunt Gloria Turner; his grandparents, James and Glenda Dale Martin; his brother Tyler Matlock; and also, Wittney Crumley, Nana and Shelba Argo. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.
