It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorene C Winkler (Anniston, Alabama), who passed away on August 17, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther A. Winkler; her son Stacy B. Winkler; and her brother James Copeland. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Williams (Danny) of Clinton, MS., Brenda Rodriguez (Jess) of Hartselle, AL. and Julie Mayo (Rick) of Danville, VA.; her grandchildren, Heather Locke (Michael), Amy Williams, Carrie Chambless (Russell), Kelly Shepherd (Josh), Jenny Stowe (Mark), Evan M. Williams (Emily) and Autumn Winkler; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Broom (Bob), Bobbie Halstead and Gerald Winkler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to West Park Heights Baptist Church or Meals on Wheels of Anniston.
