He is survived by: his wife Kathy Green; his children, Mary Mayne (Earnest Sonny Mayne) and Phillip Talley; his grandchildren, Logan Mayne (Lora) and Madison Mayne; and his siblings, Patricia Green (Stephen Summers), Timmy Green (Rhonda) and Randy Green (Angel). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
