He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy White and Mary Josephine Colquitt Kemp (Utah); his brother Robert Kemp; and his grandmothers, Mattie Allen and Georgia Smith.

He is survived by : his children, Royslyn White (Isiah Riggins, Jr.), Isiah M. Riggins, Iniesia Riggins, Stacey Morris, Jr. (Bonnie) and Christopher Morris; his great grandchildren, Ethan I. Riggins and Kaleb M. Fluker; and his siblings, C. Melvin Wright (Teresa), Yvette K. Bradford (Harry), Yvonne Kemp and Elise Kemp (Burr). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
