He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Edward Lewis; his wife Shirley Jean Claunch Lewis; and his brothers, Edward J. "Bugs" Lewis and Michael Dale Lewis. He is survived by: his son John David Lewis (Amanda) of Huntsville, AL; his brother Jonnie Lewis (Karen Jean) of Pulaski, TN; and his sister-in-law Marsha Rooker of Ardmore, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 and the Statewide mandate mask will be required and must be worn at all times when entering the building and while in our facility.
